At Heritage Meats, part of our re-education of taste is to re-acquaint you with the whole animal by offering cuts of meat, offal, fat and bone that are more economical and more flavourful.
Because we operate by the eatWHOLE philosophy and only procure whole animals from our family farms, our choices of meat will be dynamic. We are not like the meat department at your local supermarket where you can buy the same cut of meat every visit. Instead, our offerings will be varied and they’ll likely be different every time you come into our store.
